Topic: How IT will change in next 10 years and why should you care?

Abstract:

This is a strategy session, trying to help CIOs and IT decision makers, analyze and predict the most disruptive trends that will shake IT industry in next 10 years. We will look into commoditization of IT, its industrialization through virtualization and cloud computing, off-shoring of IT workforce, possible impact of social networks to the next-generation employees, most probable developments of ubiquitous computing and trends in automation of software development. All these trends will have a major disrupting effect on many enterprises and will have an impact on how IT evolves in the enterprises.
