Alok Ohrie

Alok Ohrie, President of EMC India & SAARC Region. Ohrie, a 20-year IT industry veteran in India, joined EMC from AMD where he was the Vice President & Managing Director for AMD’s India operations.

Prior to joining AMD, Ohrie spent 13 years with IBM Global Services India in a number of executive management positions, including Director of the Systems and Technology Group for India and South Asia. During the early part of his career, Ohrie worked at Wipro Infotech and ESPL Limited. Ohrie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication from National Institute of Technology (formerly REC) Suratkal. At EMC, Ohrie will administer India and SAARC region’s total revenue, its current and future customers, and the company’s various partners.
